
Jonathan Faerman is an entrepreneur and data science leader. Jonathan has a rich background in data-driven roles and more than 10 years of experience in top-tier companies, holding both an MBA and a master’s in Machine Learning. More recently, Jonathan founded Investium with the mission of helping individuals, whether seasoned investors or first-time home buyers, navigate the complexities of the market and achieve their financial goals. Jonathan brings a unique blend of analytical prowess and strategic insight. He is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive innovation, transform challenges into opportunities, and deliver measurable results that align with long-term business objectives.

Bethea never does anything halfway – after deciding she loved case comps she competed in 11 of them, was a member of the MBACCC, and is now a team coach and competition judge! Prior to the MBA, she had 10 years of experience in the tourism industry in operations and customer-facing roles. After completing her MBA, she spent two years as a strategy consultant before returning to the tourism industry in a business development role, where she now focusses on expanding into new international markets. Bethea loves being a coach and finds real joy in helping teams learn to work together and build strong arguments.

Anne has over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry combined with 8 years of experience in clinical research in the public and private sector as well as running her own consulting business. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry as well as a Masters and Ph.D. in Pharmacology from McGill University. During her MBA at the John Molson School of Business (2015-2019), Anne became a case competition addict. Being a coach is a way for Anne to pass on her passion to the next generation of case compers. She is currently one of the coaches of the 2020 East vs West team.

Emad, MBA ’17, is a seasoned and passionate project management professional with over 10 years of experience in cross-sector projects. He is both PMP and Scrum Master certified and is an aspiring Agile coach.
Emad is currently part of the PMO team in Morgan Stanley where he is helping the organization through its transition from waterfall to appropriate Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), tools and mindsets

As a PMP, Raid has been involved in project management internationally for over 10 years now; he has been planning and executing medium to large engineering projects with contract value of USD 1.5M-150M.
For the past three years, Raid has been sharing his knowledge as a coach for the KGP Case competition and occasionally provides content for PMP training, as he takes pride in seeing others succeed.
Currently, Raid is leveraging his experience as Professional Engineer, PMP and a JMSB MBA graduate to manage his own consulting firm specialized in Oil&Gas.

Geoff has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry in supply chain and operations management. Additionally, he has a passion for diversity, inclusion and sustainability, and leads professional groups within industry which leverage these competencies to provide a competitive advantage in attracting, retaining and developing key talent.

As a previous national champion in Tae Kwon Do and Pan American Championship bronze medalist, Genevieve never backs down from a challenge. Holding a M.Sc. in Experimental Medicine and an MBA, Genevieve is currently combining her skills to understand healthcare’s emerging markets and patient data management systems. She has traditionally coached the Rotman competition team.

Marc Le Guen got his MBA from JMSB in 2011. As a student, he participated in several case comps, and after he graduated, he stayed involved by coaching teams attending the HEC and Rotman competitions. He has a background in information technology and works for Insight Enterprises as a technical solutions expert supporting the sales teams.

Carole Charbonneau
Carole is an entrepreneur, ’09 JMSB MBA Grad, currently working in real estate. She built a property management company from the ground up, managing all aspects of strategy and operations, and subsequently sold the company in 2017. She competed in several competitions including JMICC, George Washington, Boulder, Rotman, and has coached teams headed to Boulder and Rotman.

An industrial engineer by training, Lorenze Dsouza made the early shift into the strategy and consulting world. After about six years in consulting, he moved to Montreal to start his MBA. While at JMSB, he participated and won three case competitions, Rotman, KGP and JMSB. He currently works in CIBC as an associate in the Enterprise Innovation team working on emerging technology projects. He also leads a product at Fintech Cadence actively working with early stage start-ups and growing the fintech ecosystem in Canada.

Sridharan Vankeepuram is a seasoned professional with 6 years of experience in the tech and gaming industry. His passion for technology and product development led him to embark on an entrepreneurial venture with HARN-S. During his MBA, Sridharan actively participated in the CCC and various case competitions, demonstrating a strong competitive spirit and leadership skills. He is currently channeling this passion into coaching, specifically for the Digital Innovation Challenge organized by the Haskayne School of Business, where he mentors participants, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience in the field.

Laura Fraticelli, MBA ’23, is a game enthusiast with a passion for strategic planning and business development. She has a decade of experience in the video game industry where she works with artists, storytellers, and experts across a wide-array of disciplines. During her MBA studies, Laura fell in love with the world of case competitions and was overjoyed to compete in what she thinks of as intricate games. Over the course of her studies, she participated in competitions including ICC, Rotman, Asper, and KGP. As a coach, Laura delights in helping students to enhance their storytelling ability while applying their academic knowledge. She currently works at Electronic Arts where she oversees external development for Motive Studio and uses her case comp skills daily.

Lisa is a 2023 JMSB MBA graduate. She was involved in the Case Competition Program during her time at JMSB by serving on the organizing committee, as well as participating in various competitions. Her background is in restaurant management, operations, and business development, and she currently works as a Product Manager in the restaurant tech industry.

Raul Braganza is an MBA ’23 grad from JMSB with over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing strategies, negotiation and monetization, consulting, and stakeholder management. While doing his MBA, Raul was part of the team that won the Rotman A4S International Case Competition and also represented JMSB at the MBA International Case Competition, Asper Business Case Competition, and McGill-Desautels Negotiation Competition.
Raul currently works at Fintech Cadence where he is the Partnership Lead and is also part of the coaching teams at JMSB for the MBA ICC and the McGill-Desautels Negotiation Competition.

Nishant has over 10 years of experience in supply chain management in the automotive and aviation industries. Nishant is a 2023 MBA graduate. During his MBA studies, Nishant was part of the team that won the Digital Innovation Challenge Case Competition (DIC) hosted by the Haskayne School of Business and the International Business Ethics Case Competition (IBECC). Nishant also contributed to the JMSB Case Competition Committee (CCC) during his tenure from 2022 to 2023.

Dhiraj is a product manager at a technology company. During his full-time MBA (Class of 2023) program, he represented JMSB in the John Molson MBA International Case Competition (ICC), Asper Business Case Competition, McGill Desautels Negotiation Competition to name a few. He also contributed to the JMSB Case Competition Committee (CCC) through his VP Marketing tenure.

Liane has worked in the Canadian pension industry for the last 7 years. She is currently a manager at Sun Life Financial in the Group Retirement Services division. As a part-time student, Liane participated in several case competitions during her MBA. She is excited to join the Telfer University Diversity Case Competition Challenge as a coach after having the pleasure of competing in it in 2023.

Bijoy Kothari has a master’s degree in aerospace engineering, PMP and is currently works at Pratt & Whitney Canada. With over seven years of experience in the aerospace and energy sector, he has developed a keen understanding of complex systems and a problem-solving approach to challenges. Bijoy has represented JMSB in the KGP Project management Case Competition, SFU Net Impact Sustainability Challenge, ICOP and Asper Business Case Competition to name a few.
