ICC Case Competition

ICC is the oldest and largest competition of its kind with teams from every corner of the globe coming to Montreal to compete in the 5 day case comp marathon. For this 39th edition, 36 teams from 21 countries will crack 7 unpublished cases and present to a handful of the 350 judges that will be present at the competition. 

Teams have been selected from the Strategies in Action Course (MBA 695).

When: January 6th to 10th, 2020

Where: Hotel Bonaventure, Montreal

Case Competition Workshops presented by the JMSB CCC

The MBA Case Competition Committee offers two complimentary workshops every semester to introduce students to case competitions.

Workshop 1: Intro to Case Cracking: Fundamentals of Case Analysis

Telfer Case Competition

Selection for these competitions is determined by the MBA Case Competition faculty advisor based on the student’s experience and level of commitment to the program. Prospective competitors are contacted to determine their level of interest, a short list is created, and selected students are then invited to participate.

When: February 28-29, 2020

Where: Telfer School Of Management, Ottawa University

NBA x TRSM Case Competition

Selection for these competitions is determined by the MBA Case Competition faculty advisor based on the student’s experience and level of commitment to the program. Prospective competitors are contacted to determine their level of interest, a short list is created, and selected students are then invited to participate.

When: Saturday March 7th 2020

Where: Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University, Toronto

HEC Case Competition

Participation in this competition requires a formal try-out.

Try-outs are open to all MBA students, regardless of seniority in the MBA program. Students are evaluated on try-out performance, including analytical ability, collaboration, presentation skills and Q&A session.  The HEC Team has already been Selected

When:  March 20th-21st, 2020

Where:  HEC Montréal, Université de Montreal

Rotman Case Competition

Participation in this competition requires a formal try-out.

Try-outs are open to all MBA students, regardless of seniority in the MBA program. Students are evaluated on try-out performance, including analytical ability, collaboration, presentation skills and Q&A session.  The Rotman Teams have already been Selected

When:  March 27th-28th, 2020

Where: Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto

WILA Case Competition

Selection for these competitions is determined by the MBA Case Competition faculty advisory based on the student’s experience and level of commitment to the program. Prospective competitors are contacted to determine their level of interest, a short list is created, and selected students are then invited to participate.

When:  May 2nd, 2020
