Michel has over twenty years experience delivering strategy and operations consulting mandates across a wide spectrum of industries in North America and Europe and has been a lecturer in Strategy and Management Consulting at JMSB for the last five years at undergraduate, MBA and EMBA levels.
Having excelled in several marketing roles working at Concordia University, and having held a key marketing role at Manulife (Manuvie), she gained experience in all areas of marketing communications and brand management. Elena currently serves as Marketing Director for a growing global company, and drives their brand strategy and marketing activities to build brand equity.
She is a proud mentor to a number of MBAs, and has coached MBA case competition teams for Yale and Rotman.
As a previous national champion in Tae Kwon Do and Pan American Championship bronze medalist, Genevieve never backs down from a challenge. Holding a M.Sc. degree in Experimental Medicine and a B.Sc. in Physiology from McGill University, she presented her work at the American Association of Cancer Research Annual Conference and is co-author of published scientific data in the Journal of Molecular Pharmacology. Genevieve has recently obtained her MBA from John Molson School of Business where she had the opportunity to help organize the 35th JMSB International Case Competition, to participate at both Rotman and HEC case competitions and to coordinate the club’s funds as VP Finance. Genevieve intends on combining her science and business skill to enhance her career in healthcare.
Management consultant with over 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, market & competitive analysis, business modelling, and corporate development.
David Spinner, MBA ’16, has participated in the HEC sustainability competition in 2015 and the initial Telfer Diversity and Inclusion competition in 2016. David also participated in the Cut Throat Competition on two occasions. In 2013 David was the EA of Logistics at the MBA ICC. Since graduating David continues to be involved with JMSB’s CCC by coaching several teams at both the MBA and undergrad level.
David works as a consultant for Peak Performance 2, providing workshops for companies in communication, leadership, management and sales. He also teaches in the Social Services Department at Dawson College.
Raid has +10 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with significant exposure to both engineering and oilfield operations. He worked most of his career with Schlumberger Ltd., the world’s largest oilfield services company, where he has been involved in medium to large projects with contract value of USD 1.5M – USD 150M executed in 9 different countries.
He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, PMP certification, and an MBA from John Molson School of Business. Currently he is starting a consulting firm specialized in the Oil & Gas industry. (www.oea-consulting.ca)
